Description
The citizen states that the tree was damaged in September of 2021. Lightning/power line. Maintenance was done and the tree was cut back. Two limbs on the tree need to be assessed as they have not bloomed out this year. He states that those limbs are dropping bark. Citizen does not want any injuries to occur because of this.
