Description
Large CRACKS, DIPS and MAJOR HOLES and damage to the structure of WHERE OUR CHILDREN are riding and walking. We also have many disabled veterans and non-veterans with and without assistance with an object and/or a care taker walking our STREET. Please assist me in obtaining better pavement for OUR CHILDREN and those utilizing our area's. I would really like to discourage another law suit within the Richmond City Limits for something that can and should be prevented please. ASAP would be GR8
