Description
From 01-18-2022 thru 05-03-2022, a lone, RVA residential street sign directs motorists to access SR 147 / Huguenot Road via the North-bound “On-ramp”. No directional signs alert motorists to the available, Riverside Drive, South-bound, Huguenot Road “On -ramp.” I have observed and reported that motorists are making illegal and dangerous left-hand, South-bound turns from the crest of the North-bound “On-ramp” here in the RVA, 4th District.
