Description

I would like to petition for a Traffic light or Pedestrian signal for my apartment complex. I have been residing at this location for the past year and see motorists speeding on 18th street, over the posted speed limit, causing major accidents nearly once a month. When I attempt to cross the street to collect my mail, I have seen motorists speed up and narrowly miss other pedestrians. The closest crosswalk is 2 blocks away, on the intersection of Broad St and N 18th st.
