Description
Gravel alley between Mosby Street and 21st Street, but south of Cedar St has been in disrepair due to erosion, general wear and tear, as well as heavy equipment use during recent construction projects. Recently a nearby gravel alley between 21st and 22nd streets, north of M street had been paved with asphalt, and this alley could benefit from the same improvement.
