Description

very large orange traffic barrel covering water meter that City bulk trash pickup truck accidentally pulled up from the ground when removing trash; meter still functional; HOWEVER, the barrel is a hazard for pedestrians as shoulder is blocked if needed to avoid traffic; traffic barrel has been here for well over 6 months, and it is way past time to get this water meter put back in the ground and the barrel removed!!
