Description

Citizen is concerned about a huge tree that has been girdled and he said he did not do it. He would like to find out who will be responsible for removing the tree. He stated that he and some neighbors have independently taken down some trees. He said there are no wires going thru this tree. There is another ticket opened for standard pruning in the same block but the trees are in wires.

    ould not find any large tree that had been girdled. no trees out front or in the rear.
