Description

A company is repaving some of the roads in Highland Park including Maryland Ave and Carolina Ave. The company is doing a terrible job with very low quality workmanship. The roads look worse than they did previously. Please do not let this be the finished product and have the company fix the terrible quality work they are performing in our city/neighborhood.
