Description

East Marshall between 20th and 21st needs a yellow dividing lane marking. Cars confused by the traffic pattern on E Marshall heading east to the Jefferson/E Marshall frequently mistake it for one way and use all lanes to travel east and then cars heading west on E Marshall have had some scary head on misses because of the rise in the road there.
