Description

Light does not change regularly for people heading south on Hamilton towards Monument. People heading north on Hamilton get a light every time and the left turn light goes every cycle but for the past two days people have been stuck getting off 195 for 6 or 7 light cycles because the light only changes for people heading south every third or fourth cycle.
