Description

There are 10 trash cans and recycling bins left on the sidewalk 24/7 and there is constant trash and debris build up on regular basis. Right now there are mattresses and loose trash strewn across the sidewalk and you have to cross into the road to walk past it. This is a constant and ongoing problem despite multiple complaints to the city
