Description

There is a large hump in the concrete from a former tree in the right of way. The tree was removed a year ago - and the sidewalk is currently being pulled up right next to the hump because of a utilities project. Im hoping that the adjacent sidewalk can be addressed at the same time. There is a new improved wheelchair ramp on our block - but the hump would almost certainly make traversing the block a challenge.
