Description
Citizen request an assessment on a tree that has broken large limbs hanging on other limbs in the tree. He is afraid that with a strong wind the limbs may fall and do damage. Previous service request closed (SR443174)

- System · April 26, 2022Additional neighborhood resident Mr. Sanyour (804-240-0587) phoned in to complain at length regarding the tree at this location not receiving maintenance since original service ticket was placed in August of 2021, Caller reported concerns regarding pedestrian safety in area & hung up when told repeatedly that RVA311 doesn't have access to DPW work schedules and cannot provide an estimated date for pruning services to be rendered.
