Description
While driving S across the Huguenot Bridge on 04-24-2022 at 2:30 pm, I observed a motorist making an illegal, left-hand turn from the crest of the Riverside Drive, North bound “On-ramp”. No VDOT approved signs exist on Riverside Drive to direct motorists to the APPROPRIATE South bound “On-ramp”. Install directional signs immediately or conduct a RVA DPW TEO traffic study re this chronic safety issue that I have documented and reported via the RVA 311 CRS. PLEASE !
