Description
On Sunday, April 24, 2022 @ 2:30 pm, I observed another motorist making an illegal, South-bound turn from the North-bound “On-ramp” of the Huguenot Bridge and Riverside Drive. (RVA 311 & DPW Report # 4). No VDOT approved directional signs to the two ramps exist on Riverside Drive beneath the Huguenot Bridge. This is a chronic public safety issue that needs immediate attention and resolution.
