Description

The traffic light rotatation at Huguenot Road (east/west) and Chippenham Road* (south) is SKIPPING so that those trying to turn onto Huguenot (especially those needing to turn left) don't get the green light. SEE IMAGE UPLOAD! It has been skipping since at least Tuesday, April 19. (*NOT Chippenham Parkway)

    Checked detection. Multiple attempts to simulate skips. Intersection is working normally. This is a very small side street compared to the pother movements and the wait time can be extensive.
