Description

Can't find a subtype for this project. For months there has been blockage of the sidewalk along the 26th St. side of the property. Yellow tape, scaffolding, etc., but no work has been occurring for a very long time. I have no idea if they have a Work-In-Street permit but they need to get one, and get the work done, or remove it so people can walk down the sidewalk.

poke with building owner and advised him of the safety issues that come with not blocking/blocking the sidewalk right away incorrectly. he advised me of roof repair that he has to complete and due to the fact that debris has fallen, he closed the sidewalk but will remove equipment that's blocking the pathway
