Description
South side of 3200 block of O St and West side of 800 block of 33rd completely skipped during this weeks street cleaning. Signage was up, but several cars never moved and were never towed. Watched street cleans skip right over those blocks entirely due to a couple cars parked on each side. Abandoned black Dodge Challenger on 3200 O St block has lead to this block getting skipped for cleaning two years in a row.
