Description

This intersection is over used from people trying to bypass the intersection of Leigh and Chamberlayne. Drivers go too fast on Leigh, causing many collisions with drivers pulling out from St. Peter. A rotary or traffic circle would certainly fix these issues, but a traffic study should be done to see if this is feasible.
