Description
in the absence of traffic, parking and directional signs, visitors to Libby Hill Park are parking on both sides of the circle, especially in the evening and weekends. This does not allow for thru traffic around the circle. Asking for appropriate parking signage, or curb paint, as appropriate to manage and direct traffic at this circle. TY
