Description
Request to add permissive left turn condition (flashing yellow arrow) from Southbound Stony Point Pkwy to Southbound Chippenham Pkwy. See attached photo. During evening rush hour, traffic backs up at this left turn movement. Speeds are low, sight distance is good, and traffic volumes in the opposite direction are relatively low. The left turn to NB Chippenham already has a permissive left turn movement.
