Description
On the corner of 25th street and riverside drive the handicap sidewalk access is usually under water and full of mud if you try to use the sidewalk. My wife currently has a broken leg and we could not use the wheel chair to access the sidewalk along riverside drive. Also, people can not walk down the sidewalk after a rain unless they walk way out on riverside drive or up in my neighbors lawn. The sewer drain intake is too high.
