Description

Citizen stated that she put in a service request over a year ago to have the tree removed. The tree is Down. Citizen is afraid that an animal can crawl up on the tree and onto her home. The tree is located on the 3300 block of 4th Ave. Tree is located in a wooded area, with lots of trees.
