Description

The sidewalk along the east side of Meadow, between Grace and Broad has very large potholes that fill with water whenever it rains, making them very hard to traverse. Even when it doesn't rain, I would imagine it is very hard or impossible for someone in a wheelchair to traverse that sidewalk. I have to walk out of this alley anytime I leave my house because my entrance is to that alley.
