Description
Alley was grudged up last year but now the alley is in the same condition, there are no rocks nothing but dust when cars speed thru alley. (can't open windows) The pot holes are back as there is a huge concrete truck that comes through there everyday twice a day making huge potholes and the rocks to sink in the ground.
