Description

Citizen states that the Dept Urban Forestry (City Landscaping Truck), they were going to plant a Eastern Red Maple Tree, but citizen is requesting, American Hop Cornbean tree. The reason the citizen does not want the East Red Maple tree is because citizen stated that its too big, and in a couple of months he would be installing solar panels. Citizen sent email to Mr. Samuel Lilly, the tree was requested last year on 09-2021, it was to be planted on 04/19/2022.
