Description

This block of N 2nd St between E. Hill and Valley Rd is a popular dumping ground and party area at night and on weekends. Lots of litter. It needs to be on a monthly cleanup schedule. The private property is also full of litter. Same with Matthews Stvand Richmond-Henrico Tpk. Send us some help please.
