Description

TREE ROOTS ARE ABOVE GROUND BETWEEN THE CURB AND SIDEWALK AND HAS CAUSED ME TO TRIP AND FALL SEVERAL TIMES. I AM DISABLED AND THESE ROOTS ARE A CONTINUEING FALL DANGER FOR ME AS WELL AS OTHERS..
