Description

The city of Richmond dept. Of Wastewater recently replaced faulty city pipes that were attached to my home plumbing. While i greatly appreciate the service, they had drilled into the alley next to my home and left a pile of bricks from the alley in front of my home with road cones and caution tape around it. Looks terrible and unsafe. Please remove asap, thank you!
