Description
Traffic calming is needed on West Grace Street from Ryland to Belvidere because of reckless motorcycle and automobile racing. Rocket-bike-style motorcycles start racing in various-sized groups beginning around 4 p.m. along Grace Street, speeding and running red lights while performing stunts. Sports cars are also racing in the area at night, meeting at the Grace Street 7-11 or in front of the residence hall. Is it possible to do a speed survey in the area and consider humps?
