Description

Someone placed or dropped a large black trash bag in the right hand lane adjacent to my driveway at 8010 Forest Hill Ave yesterday. The trash bag was obstructing ongoing traffic, apparently someone removed the black trash bag which appears to be full on the sidewalk between my house and my neighbor at 8020 Forest Hill. We do not know what is in the bag. Police came today and looked at the bag and drove away. He did not say anything about the contents or any directives as to what I should do next
