Actually, a four way stop at this intersection would be perfect. Cars and trucks roar down Westmoreland and there are a lot of pedestrians.

    All all-way stops must meet the warrants in the Federal Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). The intersection of Westmoreland St and Cutshaw Ave does not meet these traffic conditions.
