Description
This is requesting that request # DPW000071515 actually be completed. All that was done last year was that the steel plate was removed, and another poor patch was done. There are a total of three spots in a 150 yard stretch from this address going south on Libbie that need to be repaved. This one and the next one south need to be repaved curb to curb, per city regulations. And include the patch about 20 feet from this one, on York that has failed repeatedly, and at last glance, just had gravel
