Description
I'd like to request a new cross walk be placed on York road from the sidewalk to the smaller gate entry into Saint Bridget's School (see pic). I'd like to also request a school zone or cross walk sign be placed. This is an extremely busy road and there are many neighborhood kids that walk to Saint Bridget's (including my son). Cars fly down this road and because cars are parked on the street, it creates a blind spot for the walkers and drivers.

- Staff · May 5, 2022ork Rd is about 740’ in length and stops at Henri Rd and at Somerset Ave. There seems to be no logical connection between the two sidewalks where a crosswalk can readily be placed with all of the residential driveways and wide landscaped planter strip. The School should provide staff to manage student transfers.
