Description
When pedestrians have a 'walk' sign crossing dock while on 14th, the cars turning left from the southbound lanes of 14th have a yield and are able to turn left IF the traffic is clear. I have nearly been hit by cars who see no oncoming traffic northbound on 14th and do not pause to check for Pedestrians. Since drivers are not responsible enough to carefully check for both cars AND pedestrians, they should not be able to turn on a yield. Alternatively, have a flashing yellow light instead.
