Description

The sidewalk on the corner of 13 E Main St. (on both Main and Foushee) has been blocked due to construction since last December. The lot has essentially been idle since then with little to no construction going on. (Occasionally the stretch of Foushee along this parcel is closed for random construction; this pic was taken a week ago but the sidewalk on both sides is still blocked and fenced off.)
