    n the(side) of the citizen's residence; we will have our maintenance contractor to complete this assignment. The remaining portion of the request will be handled by our capital improvement program.

    Caller requested sidewalk to be removed because of the uprooting years ago. The roots were removed but the sidewalk was never replaced and only dirt and gravel was placed there temporarily but the sidewalk still needs to be replaced. Caller wants to know when to expect the sidewalk to be replaced? (emailed Sup for asst)

    This request has been escalated a couple times .....Caller states to date nothing has been done to repair the sidewalk...the sidewalk was demolished and gravel was placed. Caller has been calling for three years. He see where other sidewalks in the area have been repaired. Caller wants someone from the COR to come out and discuss the concern of the sidewalk. Caller wants to know when to expect the repair. (concern of there still being no current status for this request was escalated emailed again to the Sups.)
