Description

Alley needs repair of unlevel ground with dips causing car suspense issue. Alley is used daily due to parking in the drive way behind our homes using the alley for entry. Its bad enough the trash men leave trash and BROKEN glass and half dump trash cans scatter in the alley EVERY Thursday when i get off from a long day of work to park. There is also gravel that goes around beside the church parking lot that could use more gravel, however trash is every where also.
