Description

1. Requesting safety barrier extension (sturdy fencing or bollards) to protect homes/people along 1601-1607 from speeding vehicles that verve off the road. 2. Safety feature that slows vehicles along the bridge and curve. Thank you.

    st Ave / Monterio St has curve warning signs with an advisory speed of 15mph, guardrail and a series of chevron signs for northbound. Southbound has a series of chevron signs and guardrail at the bridge.The latest crash period from the VDOT crash analysis tool showed one reported crash in this immediate area. More guardrail is not planned at this time.
