Description
this sign which is located in both the north and southbound lanes of hermitage discussing the ramp closure has plastic barricades placed in the travel lanes. i have already seen several near misses from where people do not expect them to be placed in the middle of the lane, causing people to slam on the brakes and or make evasive maneuvers to avoid collisions. this is a very badly planned setup since the sign is stating the ramp closure will last almost this entire year. this is a SAFTEY issue
