Description

This alley, located between Watkins and Azalea Avenue, and between Chamberlayne and East Seminary, had a leak that keeps multiple, deep potholes filled with water. We woukd also like Codes to assess the properties along this alley that front on Chamberlayne for violationz related to trash on properties anx strewn in the alley.
