THE COBBLESTONS BETWEEN 13TH AND 12TH BEFORE YOU GET ON THE EXPRESSWAY ARE DESPERATELY IN NEED OF REPAIR. I THINK THAT LITTLE SECTION SHOULD BE PAVED AS IT HAS BEEN PATCHED MANY TIMES. I TRAVEL THIS SECTION TWIC A DAY. THANKS
