Description
There is currently a two way stop only on Northumberland at Sherwood. It is consistently run, as people traveling on Northumberland incorrectly assume its a 4 way and roll through it while traffic on Sherwood drive incredibly fast through the intersection because there in no stop. This really should be 4 way. I see very close calls and unsafe speeds daily.

- Staff · April 7, 2022he Department of Public Works (DPW) must perform an engineering study in accordance with the Federal Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) before installing an all-way stop. This is a federalpublication that applies to all streets open to pubic travel. The intersection of Sherwood Ave and Northumberland Ave St does not meet the conditions set forth in the MUTCD for an all-way stop.
