Description
This intersection removed the 2nd left turn lane at the intersection of E Belt turning left onto Bells Rd recently. The white turn painted on the road is still underneath the new yellow striping replacing the former lane. The 2nd turn light and sign are also still up. There is only one lane now on Bells Rd when you turn left due to the new bike lane. Drivers are confused by the former signage being up and are still using the former 2nd left turn lane causing near collisions once they turn.
