Description

A tree was removed by the city of Richmond 2 weeks ago. The citizen would like to have the stump removed because it makes it hard to get out of her vehicle.

    Caller states the tree has been removed, stump was grinded, debris left behind, DPW came out again and this time placed dirt on the stump and the citizen it is now a pile of dirt and the dirt still has debris from the tree in addition caller is not able park in front of home
