REOPEN AS PER DPU THIS IS A POtho Request: DPW000104146 There's a concern that there maybe a pothole forming at the street and lapsed over to his driveway a little. Caller states there's cracks running out to the manhole cover in the street. Caller is concern and wants to know who's issue it would be.
