Description
The property, managed by Pondok Mgmt (804.592.5302) continues to have repeated ongoing issues regarding trash/debris left in the alley. Pondok Mgmt has 1 dumpster for 25 apartments which overflows weekly. The dumpster is in the alley on city property & blocks access to neighboring garages. We continue to call Pondok to resolve the problem & are told they have a contract dispute with their garbage collector. Not only does it hinder ether alley but attracts rodents. Correction : the address is 1207 West Franklin Street
