Description
concrete sidewalk rising up really bad trip, This is a major trip hazard and wheelchair hazard for citizens of the city walking and not seeing the trip hazard, also when citizens are riding in there wheelchairs they also have issues with the trip hazard. I am attaching one of many pictures to give the city a idea of the trip hazards in different areas near Newman Village Apartments.
