Description
This is a weekly occurrence. The city removed individual cans and provided these larger dumpsters which are always over capacity. There is a growing rat/mouse issue both outside this building and a resident tells me-inside as well. I’m having rat/mouse issues since these bins have been placed. I have lived here over 10 yrs- never seen any property manager clean up that area and I know the city trash guys must be over picking up everything splayed on the ground.
