Description
The alleyway is often flooded after rain and then remains muddy for days. There are sections where there are "holes," where water just sits and take a long time to dry out. It would be great for the alleyway to be leveled where possible and to have new and more gravel placed. As well, and perhaps this has already been addressed, but it appears that one home's water line is leaking, which adds to the mud. Can the owners be forced to fix this? I think the house is 709 N 33rd.
